Daily Duties at Last Minute Gourmet:
Work directly with existing customers and prospect new accounts. Assist customers in developing menus and events. Train and mentor new employees. Supervisor daily production of outgoing food in regards to quality and delivery. Developed quality and presentation standards. Oversee all special events.
