• Planned and coordinated all events for major donors and partners. Including post-performance backstage parties, corporate tours, all fundraising, stewardship, and cultivation events. • Planned and organized Season Opening Gala, generating revenue of $250,000. Named “Best Party of the Year” by the West Austin News Reader’s Poll. • Designed and implemented new program to partner 12 local restaurants with Ballet performances to offer an exclusive dining experience for our patrons. Generating revenue of $30,000 of new income to the annual budget. • Managed and coordinated children’s philanthropy group, organizing events and managing membership. • Coordinated exclusive travel excursions for Partners. • Negotiated sponsorship contracts with local businesses generating revenue in both actual dollars and in-kind trades. • Managed donor relationships through benefit tracking and extensive follow up.
