Prepared Interrogatories and Requests for Production, Prepared Responses and Supplemental responses to discovery requests, conducted and supervised numerous document productions, responsible for handling several out ot town productions without supervision, prepared memorandums from review and analysis of documents for factual information, legal issues and chronology of events, summariezed medical records and prepared requests regarding additional records to subpoena for client approval, summarized depositions by topics to show discrepancies and/or inconsistencies in testimony, prepared memorandumes regarding procedural history of cases, conducted courthouse research, interviewed witnesses, prepared trial notebooks, exhibit lists, witness lists, and expert lists, implemendted litigation support system using Microsoft Access
