Analyze MRP data to arrive at a satisfactory plan that met production schedule with cost-savings in mind. Shop for best value. Create purchase orders and coordinate details with suppliers assuring supplier's qualifications and confirmation of the orders, file PO,supplier quotations and analysis and assure that the receipt transaction was accurate and the PO line items closed out upon AP's actions. Assist accounts payable to assure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
