Daily Duties at Downingtown Area School District:

• Approve and procure all equipment, services and supplies for fourteen schools and three administrative buildings. Supervise one purchasing assistant/accounts payable person. Oversee office warehouse operations. Create and process bids, RFQs and RFPs as required for services, equipment and supplies. • Cost savings over $300,000 in the 2006-2007 fiscal year-Purchase requests versus final purchase orders completed utilizing vendor sourcing, state and federal contracts
