* Provided assistance with inquiries and facilitated problem solving to local HR organizations * Evaluated payroll audit reports and controls to insure accurate payroll processing * Developed payroll reports to search for payroll exceptional situations * Created PeopleSoft Queries to resolve inquires from the Finance and Accounting Departments * Communicated with all Payroll and HR personnel on payroll schedules and date requirements * Informed and trained co-workers of Best Practice policies and APA standards * Resolved customer inquires from e-mails and the customer service telephone mailbox * Constantly sought “best practice” policies to reduce cost and improve accuracy * Implemented American Payroll Association recommendations when ever possible to improve accuracy, efficiency, and to insure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley * Worked with all HR personnel to standardize and improve the HR/Payroll process
