* Managed 3 Payroll Specialists processing payroll using UltiPro Software * Paid over 3,000 employees in 35 states, including California, Ohio and Pennsylvania * Processed input files, created and transmitted data files for garnishments, check print files and 401k data for Third Party Service providers * Balanced payroll data and created Great Plains General Ledger files * Developed Impromptu payroll reports to research, analyze and resolve payroll issues * Reconciled weekly State and Local tax remittance files, quarterly 941’s, annual 940’s, and W-2’s * Researched and maintained tax compliance for Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania * Created and balanced tax files before transmitting to ADP for payment remittance * Researched employee‘s local tax jurisdictions to ensure employees were in compliance with local taxing authorities * Created local tax withholding accounts for new work locations in Ohio and Pennsylvania
