Daily Duties at Sky Fire Networks:

* Professionally support Exchange 2003 mail servers * Expertly support Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 client workstations * Skillfully implement Windows Active Directory, LDAP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, OU and GPO's * Adeptly deploy, maintain and troubleshoot Windows 2003 & 2008 servers * Strategically install and manage web hosting services for both IIS and Apache platforms * Masterfully install and troubleshoot data and telephony cable runs for both 110 and 66 block runs * Efficiently support LAN/WAN of 300+ user network on a daily basis * Roll out, secure, support and monitoring of Ubuntu and CentOS Linux servers. * Backup and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers * Network and infrastructure documenting and mapping of changes using Microsoft Visio * Network monitoring utilizing multiple third party applications, radio and router logs * Patch and application deployment utilizing scripts and/or batch files * Focused IP subnet planning and deployment across large scale environment * Design non-overlapping/non-interfering RF budget plan and implement wireless backhaul links to expand network and coverage area * Utilize spectrum analyzer and software based tools to detect and identify RF interference * Application testing an rollout in production environments * Maintenance and configuration of multi-homed DHCP server * Router maintenance including security policies, route tables, IP changes, port mapping, zone policies, mapped IP's, VPN creation/monitoring and custom services. * Maintenance and monitoring Linux based Radius Authentication Server * Connect and configure local and remote networking equipment using HTTP/SSH/Telnet as situation dictates. * Remote server support utilizing Windows Terminal Services and/or VNC * MySQL maintenance and/or table modifications * Asterisk FreePBX VoIP based system adds/moves/changes to extensions, dial plans, day night mode and inbound/outbound routes * High elevation RF broadcast equipment installation/maintenance/repair * Installation of CPE Wireless equipment for both indoors and outdoors scenarios * Cat5/6, LMR 200,400 cabling installation * Cable testing and throughput verification * End user client support via phone and Citrix GotoAssist, opening and closing of issues on ticketing system.
