Daily Duties at Di Clemente Siegel Design:
Managed the delivery of the HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection portion of large engineering projects with complex features. Managed conceptual HVAC design and the corresponding Basis of Design for projects, reviewing basic design calculations completed by other engineers and developing the critical details and basic approaches to the working drawings, and interpreting engineering data for more junior engineers. Checked drawings on a continuing basis to insure accuracy and completeness, and monitor the schedule and budgets for all projects to insure project performance. Managed the application of applicable codes and their inclusion in the design record. Established contact with the client and their appropriate representative to assure the integrity of information received from the client. Worked with other disciplines and consultants, visit project sites and oversee the entire project as needed to insure quality engineering results and client satisfaction. Very extensive experience in conducing site survey and prepare cost estimates based on conclusive recommendations in solving problems, and or in revising existing mechanical systems. All summarized in study report formats.
