Daily Duties at Ravens Group:
Managed and update staff schedules and calendars, distribute briefing materials to attendees; Attend meetings and record minutes and actions; Maintained and update contact database; Process travel orders for staff; leave forms and vouchers; Process training requests; Prepare, update and maintain spreadsheets; prepare reports and documents based on data analysis; Perform a variety of typing to include, but not limited to, correspondence, memoranda, and any other assigned materials (reports, schedules, agendas, manuscripts, etc.) and obtain clearances as needed; Prepared, compile and assemble various documents and reports by researching and extracting information from Establish a tracking system to monitor the status of various projects; log in and track suspense items and dates; develop office procedures to assist in timely completion of items; Inventory office supplies and equipment; Developed, manage and maintain paper files and file systems; Routed incoming phone calls
