Daily Duties at First Revenue Assurance:
Call center PBX support for corporate and remote offices in a blended collection environment. This included local, national and international facility operations. Support of customer/client programs and services directly related to revenue. I performed system design and integration with adjuncts for collections, IVR, predictive dialers, carrier delivery and billing review/correction. I installed Avaya VoIP for connection to foreign call centers, and solutions via centralized PBX facilities including G3i; G3R; S8300 and S8xxx platforms and implementations. Duties included monitoring of real-time and historic data to provide trending and design of facilities and services/systems and circuit provisioning.
