Daily Duties at Imagine Technologies:
I provided comprehensive project management for Avaya Communication Manager installations including Avaya S8xxx platforms, services, and associated media gateway platforms. This includes Modular Messaging and Meeting Exchange offerings. Management of project plans from inception to completion working with account executives, product engineers, customers, and management teams. Management of multiple projects ranging from small to large revenue streams. I coordinated installation teams; field support, customer acceptance, and sign-off at project completion. Recent implementations included multi-state disaster recovery and backup solutions for an extensive hospital networks including SIP, and survivable PBX functionality over SONET. Project management of contractors and suppliers ensuring schedules are met and costs controlled.
