• Responsible for making ice cream mix for the world largest ice cream producer; supervised a 30 member crew consisting of 3 shifts in a 24/7 operation. • Worked close with Product Development on all new product roll outs; created mix variance techniques resulting in a cost savings of $83,000 in 2009. • Influenced the implementation of the “Lean, clean and green” recycling program by being the first team to recycle all incoming plastic and cardboard. • Responsible for receiving bulk ingredients to include cream, condensed milk, chocolate coatings and liquid chemicals.
