Daily Duties at Computer Dynamics:
Solved technical problems, installed hardware and software, conducted Internet research, cleaned and repaired printers, built and rebuilt systems, designed and installed LAN networks, installed cable, assisted with troubleshooting, service calls, security implantation, data recovery, and wireless installation. Assist customer sites for repair/install of Network Hardware and End user support. Manage system development with performing new product QA. Key Contributions: • Built Multiple Windows server environments for customers running Active Directory and running Windows XP Professional for end users • End User support and troubleshooting of permissions, resource availability, authentication, printing, remote access, logon scripts and anything affecting end user functionality and troubleshooting of OS issues on local machines • Support of the Windows operating system and hardware support for Windows servers locally installed, and users in remote offices. • Support for application and utility software rollouts to all Machines and maintenance of customers infrastructures • Managing the upgrade of servers, software, and implementing backup and recovery procedures
