Daily Duties at Dcc (Formerly Plant Cml):
Assist in managing all IT/Operations personnel, systems, infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, security, compliance, end-user support and 24x7 operations. Develop and maintain capacity/growth plan. Install all new Hardware and Software for network. Troubleshoot WAN/LAN network and setup remote access. Assist in Incorporating Reverse 911 Network into DCC Network Key Contributions: Proven track record solving network issues in timely and cost efficient manner while maintaining employee up-time. Set up offsite users to work from home offices and Sales Associates to remote in to servers for demo purposes. Created company policies and procedures governing corporate Anti-virus, Responsible for both day-to-day and long-term maintenance and technical support of network, including analyzing requirements and suggesting solutions to meet user needs.
