Daily Duties at Kbr Services:

Due to a glitch in the city & state section of this page I was forced to enter the location in this section. Responsibilities involved coordinating all bus sechedules arriving and departing from the military base bus terminal licated at Tallil, Iraq. Buses had to be separated according to the specific route, spaced apart depending on the route. Coordinate drivers being releaved from their shift. Accurately record all related administratative reports. Times of arrivials & departures. Instruct all drivers concerning assignments, special details related to special routes. Assisted passengers with scheduled route information, customer complaints, lost & found items. Coordinated and rerouted buses that were off schedule. Reported and recorded all service failures. Monitored all safety procedures required at bus terminal and supervised procedures during emergency base alerts during rocket attacks. Conducted safety meetings and briefings for drivers at the start of each tour of their shift. Rendered total quality customer service to passengers and drivers. Skillfully communicated to mangers, customers, drivers while building business relationships between military personnel and civillian contractors.
