• Managed the Windows 2003 LAN and WAN environment (Cisco Router) • Configured and troubleshot OSPF, EIGRP and BGP routing issues. • Served as Network Manager for the Installation of Computer Networks, data and voice circuits • Served as Network Manager for the installation of Cat5 and Cat3 cabling for voice and data circuits. • Troubleshot TLS circuits. • Troubleshot, configured and monitored MPLS circuits. • Configured and troubleshot shot routers and switches (2900, 6500, 1700 series) • Configured and troubleshot vlan, trunking and HSRP issues. • Performed LAN Drop activations for user • Troubleshoot DS1, DS3, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet circuits • Troubleshoot internet reach ability issues. • Serviced as liaison to interface with the Internet Service Providers and vendors.
