Daily Duties at Top Flyt Professional Services:
• Served as Senior Network Engineer consultant for client’s professional services division. • Served as the Cisco Network Engineer and Telecom subject matter expert. • Authored and co-authored SOW (statement of works) for proposals and fulfilled the requirements for proposal that were awarded. • Traveled to client sites and performed network monitoring, design, mapping, inventory, assessment, and troubleshot network and telecom related issues. • Performed cost analysis and proposal regarding the outcome of network assessments • Configured OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, HSRP, and troubleshot spanning-tree and layer two related issues. • Troubleshot TLS circuits and documented the cause and solutions of the issues. • Troubleshot, configured and monitored MPLS circuits. • Worked with telecom personnel to mitigate circuit related issues • Provisioned voice and data circuits worked closely with the telecom companies for timely deployment of same • Performed renumbering of clients networks. I participated in consultation conference calls to assess the probability and profitability of proposed tasks associated for prospect contracts.
