Monitored the daily operation of the Human Resources Office, including analysis and verification of all personnel records and transactions and assisted in the daily operation of departmental staff and followed up with corrections, where needed. Established, maintained and enforced the Hotel’s operational standards and procedures, assisting in the problem solving on HR process to Dept. Heads, Hotel Manager and General Manager. Handled employee’s grievances or concerns and promoted positive relations between employees. Assisted Department Heads in the labor compliance process.
