Managed the daily operation of the Human Resources Office, including training & development, recruitment, and benefits & compensation. Established, maintained and enforced the Hotel’s operational standards and procedures, assisting in the problem solving on HR processes to Dept. Heads, Hotel Manager and General Manager. Prepared and managed the HR annual budget.
