Managed the daily operation of Human Resources for the Puerto Rico and Caribbean Region, which includes (15) different countries/markets throughout the Caribbean for a network of 170 restaurants and 25 franchisees. Served as a Strategic Business Partner for Top Management. Monitored and analyzed the cost and benefit of HR programs and identified highest impact maximizing the use of resources. Partnered with Operations in the implementation of core HR strategies in the Region. Counseled and advised key customers regarding HR programs such as; Performance Development System, Rewards & Recognition, Succession Planning and others. Provided training and developed program for key customers on HR policies and practices, achieving self-sufficiency and sharing accountability. Prepared and managed the HR annual budget.
