Managed the daily Human Resources operation for the Stryker Instruments Puerto Rico Manufacturing Plant. Served as Strategic Business Partner for Top Management. Monitored and maximized the use of resources, costs and benefits of HR programs. Partnered with OPS in the implementation of core HR strategies. Counseled key customers regarding HR programs such as; Performance Management, Appraisals, Rewards & Recognition, Succession Planning, Staffing Reviews and others. Established organizational development programs, policies, practices and systems achieving self-sufficiency and sharing accountability. Assisted in the investigation and resolution of crisis management situations.
