Managed the overall operations of the Instruments Puerto Rico manufacturing plant; manufacturer of disposable Surgical products (Ortho Surgery, Pain Management, Blood Reinfusion and Cement Mixing Systems) and Interventional Pain products (Vertebroplasty, Disectomy and Discography Systems). Ensured that key objectives, strategies and initiatives were achieved at the lowest cost, consistent with all quality requirements. Achieved exceptional overall operational and financial results for the Puerto Rico manufacturing plant for three (3) consecutive years. Serve as a Strategic Business Partner to the Corporation assuring that key initiatives of Customer Care, Innovation, Globalization and Talent Development were implemented.
