Principle duties performed: • • Supervised eight publication managers throughout product development process. • Coordinated product development and integration with geographically separated office. • Developed project timeline and workload estimates to ensure timely product delivery. • Developed workload schedules to ensure equitable project distribution among team members. • Lead editor of various multimedia resource JTCG/ME JMEM products. • Coordinated with subject area experts to obtain input data. • Collaborated with software developers to integrate weapons/building modeling programs and documentation. • Reviewed and verified graphics during product development. • Performed technical writing and editing. • Reviewed and verified paper, multimedia, and web-based documents ensuring compliance with government publishing standards and specifications. • Performed product testing and evaluation. • Developed and delivered hands-on training for product usage and implementation. • Developed and delivered developmental training programs for publications managers. • Solicited feedback from end users to verify product usability. • Reviewed government requirements documentation for product compliance.
