 Spearheaded all activities related to the design, construction, contract management, procurement and transfer of materials for various Medical Office, Commercial and Retail Projects; directed a staff of 10, and managed budget allocations in excess of $200MM. Key Contributions  Drove compliance of on-time project delivery to 99% by establishing CPM construction accountabilities, and negotiated vendor discounts for owner supplied materials resulting in a 30% savings and greater control of end-point delivery.  Developed an effective back-haul remediation program for the disposal of unsuitable soil material and construction debris, earning at minimum $200,000 in general condition savings.
