 Provided strategic leadership, key planning and execution of project management initiatives for the construction of 6 medical office developments ranging in size from 5 to 50 acres located within 5-mile radius of regional hospitals facilities. Key Contributions  Effectively managed a $170MM construction budget and oversaw 5 Project Managers and their support staff; managed coordination, scheduling and administration of materials procurement processes, energy efficient design strategies, quality control objectives, and cooperation of public and utility agencies.  Acted as Owner-Builder for 18 tenant improvement projects valued in excess of $10M; maintained 100% accident free project site management and leveraged strong cost containment strategies to secure 20% reduction in project costs.
