Daily Duties at Stantec Consulting:

 Spearheaded planning, development and execution of the New Model Colony Project, a public-private sector development project founded by a consortium of private land developers and dairy farmers as an expansion to the City of Ontario, California. Key Contributions  Oversaw the conversion of 8,000 acre land mass including major infrastructure and wetlands development; led design, engineering, construction and redevelopment of roads, highways and infrastructures to prepare lots for sales.  Reviewed and conducted time impact analysis and disposition of construction claims; participated in remediation projects, leveraged expert level construction management and engineering disciplines to facilitate delivery of project 6 months ahead of schedule.
