Key Contributions  Provided critical leadership for a $75MM construction project encompassing 2 State Prison Facilities for the Nevada Department of Corrections in conjunction with Nevada State Public Works Board; managed 70+ trades and specialty crafts, enhanced key financial indicators, and ensured compliance with all State Issued Performance Contracts, Plans and Specifications.  Established consulting services practice targeting public and private sector clients; developed initial client base and directed projects involving an array of services including Procurement, Estimating, Scheduling and Project Based Construction Management.  Developed strategic alliances with key state officials, resulting in capture of correctional facilities projects billing more than $20K per month with annual pipeline in excess of $100M.  Project managed the completion of a 5-story hotel renovation in historic downtown district with budget of $10M including sustainable design upgrades.
