Daily Duties at Bank United:

Responsible for Bank growth in the N.E. Broward Region and Managed 2 Banking Center Branches, with deposit portfolio of $140 million and a staff of 12 employees including managers and supervisors. Solicited small business relationships, consumer loans, mortgages, commercial loans, insurance and investment products through network of resources, and staff referrals. Managed, coached and directed sales, service and operational excellence of staff in retail environment. Maintained excellent client relations and intervened with difficult clients with extremely technical and unusual situations. Disseminated sales strategies, new products, and goals to branch staff to increase branch assets, profitability through fee income, deposits and client base. Coordinated activities for employment, training, scheduling, performance appraisals, salary, promotions, corrective action and terminations. Maintain appropriate levels of security and controls for branch in lieu of satisfactory compliance and audits. Developed budget and forecast to mirror action plans, goals and targets for monthly and quarterly achievement.
