Daily Duties at South Florida Conference Center/ Daytona Aerospace:
As Executive Director, Developed Marketing Plans and strategies for newly constructed Conference and Convention Center in preparation for Grand Opening in May 2009. Plans included collaborating with five star restaurants for Banquet Facility, Stage Door Theatre of the Arts, Wedding and Party Planners, Churches and Synagogues for Room Rentals, Conferences and Conventions. Negotiated contracts for Tenants and reviewed Investment proposals. Solicited Event Contracts with Vendors, Corporations and Clergy and achieved 53 bookings for 2009 prior to Grand Opening. As CFO, of Daytona Aerospace, implemented new state of the art equipment, integrated computer systems to enhance sales production, upgraded warehouse management of 1 Billion in assets of Aeronautic Spare Parts and equipment. Directed financial management functions to include financial statements, forecasts and budget. Manage general accounting functions to include AR/AP, reconciliation, cash management.
