Daily Duties at Agritrade International Inc:
Reorganized the daily operations of the company to be profitable after declining profits and losses in income. Operations included offices in Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Dominica Republic, and head office in Coconut Creek, Florida. Extensive travelling to each country to negotiate Bank Loans, analyzed AR/AP and Financial Statements, set up collections of AR and bad debt, increased sales of inventory to increase cash flows and negotiated AP terms. Promoted Sales of Agro products, Greenhouses, sales and purchases of produce to local and international distributors. Responsible for Human Resource Management of 35 employees in all countries.
