Daily Duties at News America Marketing:

Spearheaded launch of the Management Development Training department through creation of over 15 successful programs withing two years (Distant Management, Strategic Planning, Communication, Personality Types, Interview and Selection, Retention, Diversity). Identified training needs, facilitated classroom, individual and teleconferencing training of executives, field operations managers in management skills, tactical procedures, technology, and human resource policies. Rolled out handheld technology for over 1900 field employees in two months; designed and delivered successful training for employees with diverse learning styles. Implemental participation with Core Development team to secure Fortune 100 client resulting in a 25 million dollar sale through consistent, clear communication, development training plans, and testing procedures. Directed production of national instructional video introducing the basic procedires for use by over 1500 national field employees.
