Daily Duties at Konica Minolta Business Solutions:

• Manage outsource relationship with 3PL provider for supplies and parts processing including receipts, shipments, inventory control and transportation. • Responsible for $3.6m operational budget in relation to the 3PL. • Manage team of business analysts to support operations in Order Entry, Planning/Purchasing and Logistics (inbound and outbound) for digital equipment, supplies and parts. • Work closely with sales team focusing on forecasting and ensuring fulfillment is achieved. • Work closely with planning to ensure correct inventories are available and dispositions are changed based on demand. • Manage employee development for increased productivity, empowerment and advancement. • Manage the implementation of a parts planning system to reduce inventory levels and optimize efficiencies. • IT liaison between Supply Chain and outsourced providers managing production support tickets and projects. • Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer fulfillment achieved. • Manage vendor relations with numerous outsourced parties and suppliers for effectiveness, efficiencies, process improvement and operations. • Manage and publish Sarbanes Oxley documentation. • Develop reports to trend the entire fulfillment process for effectiveness and act upon any abnormalities that result in decreased cycle time. • Continuous evaluation of systems and business requirements to develop tools for business users to be more efficient and increase revenue.
