Daily Duties at Hdr Engineering:

As a Senior Project Manager in the Power and Energy group, I was responsible for business and client development, project management and execution, marketing and proposals, project budgets and profitability and adherence to schedule. As a key hire to the organization, I worked to develop a power and energy center of excellence for the Denver CO office through project development and key staff hires. I successfully captured $2.5M of billable project development and project management work in ethanol production facilities and a hydro power plant design project with Colorado Springs Utilities.
