Quote new products, design manufacturing processes for new products and refine old processes utilizing lean manufacturing, train new and existing employees how to set-up and operate new processes, and perform maintenance on CNC turning centers, mills, and balancers. I have been responsible for many process changes and ideas that have contributed to the development of more economical, safer, and reliable processes.
