Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Florida and Oklahoma. - Developed detail design for various telephone companies for large projects. Designed outside plant structure, timeline, costing for telephone companies. Developed first computerized study (EFRAP - Exchange Feeder Route Analysis Program)in the U.S. for Wisconsin Bell and Southwestern Bell.
