Worked with customer to design, program, and end-user training in Northern Telecom systems. Teamed with Sales Rep's for business application design and competitive pricing. Responded to technical sections of RFP's Project Managed system implementation. Teamed with Operations and Sales to bring a solid business solution to the customer. Oversee installation team to meet schedules implementation. Provided materials for installation to meet their deadlines. Approved overtime and balanced the bottomline for project profitiability in job applications.
