Daily Duties at Humana Corporation:
Managed U.S. Federal Government contract for telecom performance and standards for military segment. Analyzed, designed, and implemented network, system or telecom changes in software, hardware and equipment changes to correct problems. Teamed with VP of Chicago Market to implement equipment changes, networking changes to improve business applications to external and internal customer's. Project managed all telecom projects. Responsible for Daily add, move and change activity for 80 offices nationwide. Call Center implementation. Disaster Recovery of all center's. On Call 7x24 for any urgent needs for the military and Chicago Markets Analyzed telecom reports and call center reports. Led numerous teams in project implementation. Trained other staff employees. Cost containment, contract negotiations
