Director of Human Resources 2004-2005 (Promoted) Human Resources Generalist 1998-2004 (Promoted) Executive Assistant 1996-1998  Worked collaboratively with management and staff in supervising human resources duties; proactively involved in arranging executive services of regional non-profit organization  Coordinated with government agencies, community leaders, and board members; planned schedules, facilitated activities, and worked with agency-wide functions  Conducted numerous consultations and facilitated coaching activities to develop organization’s efficiency and lessen liabilities  Led the negotiation of health insurance contracts to serve needs of the employees while maintaining costs  Provided random auditing activities to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations  Administered alternate recruitment and staffing program to fill out the aide level positions providing personnel assistance for all shifts eradicating reactive personnel situations and providing a resource Key Accomplishments:  Served as a key contributor in developing department and directing all human resources-related functions  Effectively collaborated business strategies to develop Human Resources Department for a developing non-profit organization  Successfully centralized human resources functions servicing six counties to establish a corporate Human Resources Department; supervised two direct reports and utilized exceptional management style in directing 300 employees  Facilitated a significant reduction of workers’ compensation claims approximately 50 percent through initial examination and follow-up processes  Established programs with community partners to develop community awareness
