 Coordinated and communicated with business centers located across the country in supervising remote teams of safety committee member  Assessed and developed procedures to improve company operations; coordinated directly with medical providers to present referral services for employees and discuss return to work issues  Collaborated and maintained professional relationships with broker and Third Party Administrators (TPA)  Conducted data analysis to identify possible trends and training needs  Worked closely with key management through monthly cost and activity reporting  Led efforts toward the successful development and implementation of safety representative guidelines as well as reporting processes including module training for new employees  Formulated and established methodologies to efficiently promote safety-first culture including a five-year strategic plan Lita Fischer  Page 2 of 2 Key Accomplishments:  Played an integral role in establishing and executing a national safety program concerning human resources activities; spearheaded cost reduction initiative to employ national safety and health program to decrease workers’ compensation cost and workplace injuries; successfully obtained 80 %reduction in active workers’ compensation claims representing liability in excess of $500K  Provided primary direction to remote safety teams in implementing innovative protocols across national business centers resulting in an improved training and properly coordinated services  Efficiently established partnership with third party administrator to challenge doubtful claims or courses of treatment to decrease costs and speed return-to-work
