Daily Duties at Honeywell International:
Responsible for providing program management of the operations related portion, and cost reduction of the Helicopter and Vehicular Programs product lines, primarily the T800 and AGT1500 engines. *Leader of the T800 Design to Cost initiative to meet cost targets at the component and outline level, resulting in a 25% cost reduction at the engine outline level. *Created the bottoms-up cost targets for new programs and components. *Assisted Procurement and Engineering in solving manufacturing and blueprint producibility related problems. *Ensured concurrent engineering practices & IPDS principles were applied and followed throughout the design and development of new programs and components. *Led production transition teams that introduced new engines and components in to the supply base. *Provided Operations input to greensheet analysis and business proposals, the Annual Operating Plan, and Strategic Plan, while maintaining the integrity of this input throughout implementation.
