Successful leader of multiple concurrent supplier transitions affecting Honeywell sites consistently yielding an average Annual Operating Plan savings of over $1 M. *Coordinated projects to establish a supply chain strategy, determining feasibility and financial opportunity for Honeywell. *Actively identified and implemented part family rationalizing opportunities to optimize the supply base and supplier reduction, and improve supplier quality and costs. *Led cross-functional teams to lead partnering suppliers to premier levels of performance in Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Service. *Interface between commodity teams, Engines & Systems sites, partnering suppliers, and customers to develop and execute program plans and transitions projects in Domestic and International regions. *Conducted formal project risk assessments and developed risk mitigation plans, and maintained monthly project tracking and reporting to ensure projects adhere to schedule.
