Assisted in developing the road map for Lean implementation of the Gear & Shaft Mfg facility. *Executed and implemented high leverage Lean initiatives to drive business results. *Participated in high level Value Stream Maping and lean implementation for the Gear & Shaft Mfg facility that yielded over $600K in inventory reduction and over $300K in cost avoidance. *Trained, coached and mentored employees at various levels of the organization involved in Lean implementation and Focused Improvement Events across the Gear & Shaft Mfg facility. *Implemented and closely monitored the Lean performance & maturity scorecard, developing actions to address gaps and accelerate improvements.
