Led team of 14 inside and outside sales professionals for Q-Support software enterprise solution new to the U.S. market – piloted direct mail campaigns, diverse marketing initiatives (niche, horizontal and vertical), and internet commerce. Cross-sold product to existing customers and oversaw large-scale campaigns and telemarketing activities to generate leads. • Delivered 117% increase in sales volume in 1st year and achieved 217% of goals by driving sales volume of $2.6M. • Assist clients with determining business issues, assessing business value, recommending solutions that align with business value and prioritized needs. Provide measures for driving successful implementation. • Exceeded lead generation targets by 200% by teaming with colleague to launch multiple successful marketing and direct mail campaigns
