Daily Duties at Ibm:

Identified and communicated strategic/tactical improvements to optimize business processes, software functionality and design specs; drove overall efficiencies for Global Web Services division across a cross-functional organization. Managed project budgets, tracked/ensured timeliness, quality and customer satisfaction. • Co-led selection/implementation of new systems and tools to support existing and re-engineered business processes, drive new software requirements, create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation scenarios, and lead tools development team in troubleshooting defects. • Identified and implemented best practices. Served as Lead for Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. • Partnered with Program Manager of $7M Software Group unit on budget development/allocation, report preparation, monthly forecasts, and variance analyses, driving delivery of software projects through oversight of 30 Web development leads and 50+ IT projects. • Compiled and delivered monthly assessments of financial/operational controls to top management; executed testing to facilitate development and implementation of risk management programs. Led weekly call with cross-functional worldwide reps to communicate testing schedules, audit posture and direct worldwide process standardization. • Lead cross-functional project teams and work with Business Analysts/partners to determine and translate business requirements into technology solutions. • Architected/led creation – in partnership with tools development team – of a worldwide framework for managing projects, budgets, change requests and establishing key business metrics/measurements. • Raised customer satisfaction levels to 98% through optimization of key business processes and supporting tools that tracked technical deliverables. • Ensured maximum value of project budgets by defining common processes and architecting/building support tools to effectively and consistently manage time reporting, change requests, and project financials; enhancements were adopted by worldwide production teams. • Contributed to effective management of diverse business operations (including business controls, project and financial management, inventory tracking) through development of innovative applications. • Collaborated with management to advance business strategy by evaluating key business conditions.
