Daily Duties at Arca Tech Systems:
* Responsible for driving sales of teller cash automation technology with financial institutions through direct sales, channel partners and resellers. * Program manager for software interfaces; work with over 30 software houses in the development of software integrations to cash automation hardware to drive sale of cash dispenser/recyclers to banks, credit unions and financial services organizations. * Business Process Engineer defining hardware and software client implementation processes; develop and validate system implementation checklists to drive successful implementations; build customized end-user procedures for training and successful adoption of cash automation. * Lead on-site client implementation of hardware and software installation; Lead client training and on-site customized procedural documentation.
