Developer Developed internal and external web solutions and an e-commerce site utilizing the PayPal and Authorize.NET SDK’s QA Lead Analyzed, organized, implemented and directed 10 members of quality assurance team to improve the documentation and organization of the QA testing process and procedures and lead to successful deployment of Compuware testing suite. Trained teams on Compuserve suite of products. Tracked, summarized and troubleshot personnel, software and hardware issues associated with the test environment.
