• Managed a team of call center agents providing 24x7 support to CSC employees worldwide. Effectively handled the introduction of new support services, as new business frequently transitioned into the call center growing the team from 10 to 40 agents in less than a year. • Managed a call center team comprised of 65 agents providing 24x7 support to a nationwide client base with stringent service levels and government regulations. Consistently met or exceeded service levels resulting in the highest regional customer satisfaction ranking. • Managed a team of 18 agents providing 24x7 support to field agents, adjusters and remote offices during a 2 year contract with CNA Insurance. • Supervised agents and call center activities at various locations during transition periods as North American call centers were consolidated into one of three strategic locations. • Supervised a blended team of 23 call center agents supporting multiple clients during non prime hours providing a wide array of service and support unique to each caller. • Established and managed a Service Monitoring Team comprised of 5 Support Specialists providing real time agent performance monitoring, resource allocation, and process adherence auditing in a multi-client call center. • Designed, developed and implemented a suite of tools for Customer Support Services Call Centers automating areas of performance tracking and workforce management.
