Daily Duties at Us Army:

·Planned/coordinated and managed activities of 6-120 subordinates in squad, platoon, and rifle range in various training venues to maximize technical and operational productivity. ·Coordinated and provided personnel assignments, counseling and evaluations. Credited for ability to communicate technical information to laymen as well as technical professionals. ·Maintained 100% accountability for property, equipment and supplies valued in excess of $1.15 million. ·Created and implemented departmental standards resulting in increased productivity and developed Excel spreadsheet to establish Arms Room quality control. Was awarded an Army Commendation Medal for my efforts, with zero violations when audited by the division. ·During time in the military, spent a year in Asia, which enabled me to understand many different traditions and the Asian culture better. ·Learned to identify with numerous other cultures

What they like about Us Army:

You give high priority to hiring firms with prestige. Market reputation and prestige of a firm may be determined through on-line research, and conversations with individuals working in your target industry. Note that firms "in the public eye" receive a great deal more critical publicity and attention than those operating with more anonymity. So as you assess your employment opportunities, be sure to seek out the positive aspects of the firm's reputation in addition to noting negative publicity the company may have received.
