Daily Duties at Bkf Engineers:
Client contact and entitlement and site planning for new developments. Liaison between governing agencies and client. Due diligence for prerequisites of proposed projects, current project development and proposal writing. Getting new contracts and detailing proposed work and scope for proposals. Advising client of alternatives and best moves of processing entitlements through the agency. Planning Commission meetings. Recordation of maps and signatures for improvement plans. Supervision of design and preparation of layouts for designers and drafters for Tentative Subdivision Maps and construction drawings, SWPP, Lot mergers, Lot Line adjustments
